Greenroom Lettings are covered by The Deposit Protection Service to safeguard the condition of the property. The bond must be deposited by the agent within 30 days of collection and The DPS will resolve any disputes arising at the end of the tenancy. It is incumbent on the tenant to leave the property as found. We strongly recommend to our tenants that all properties are cleaned to a professional standard on vacating.

We are on hand to arrange repairs and maintenance and have a list of suitable trades people who will initially provide estimates and once instructed carry out the work in a short time.

• Fully managed 14% (12% +VAT)

• Setting up Fee (Managed only) 50%

• Let Only 60% (50% +VAT) equates to two weeks rent

• Contract renewal £60 (£50 +VAT)

• Property withdrawn during managed contract - 3 months agreed managed fees plus VAT
